Facebook Instant Article Eligibility
Facebook Instant Articles eligibility criteria were recently updated by Facebook on November 2021. Meta has new rules and policies for Monetization tools on Facebook. Previously publishers from all over the world used Instant Articles but according to new policies only specific countries can use this feature.
according to Facebook;
Instant Articles is currently available to publishers registered in the News Page Index or in certain countries that have 50,000 unique visitors to their Facebook page in the last 28 days.
What is News Page Index?
Facebook has a registration process for News publishers and Media websites called News Page Index. You need a verified Business Manager and a News website to apply for News Page Registration.

What to do If my Country is not Eligible?
If your country is not on the list, You can apply for News Page Registration to qualify for Facebook Instant Articles. News Page index available in certain languages, Make sure your website language is eligible for News Page Index.
Or you can apply from an eligible country if you have any company in these countries or a friend or family member living in an eligible country.
Facebook has changed its company name to Meta recently and working on major updates on the platform. So due to the updates, the Facebook Instant Articles approval process taking time. Once the updates are completed, the Instant Articles applications will be reviewed normally.
